TREECAST is a fully-interactive, real-time classroom where you can interact and ask questions with the instructor and other students even though the instructor is at a remote location. These live classes are broadcasted to participating locations and during the class, students are able to dialogue with the instructor and with other students in the class around Texas participating in the class.
TREECAST classes will be offered and featured on the TexasRealEstate.Education website. Private TREECAST classes are also available, if you are interested.
How does it work? It’s pretty simple. Students register and attend the class at an approved location, just as if it were a normal class. In class, they are able to dialogue with the instructor and with other students in the class.
Delivery of Materials: Course materials for TREECAST are provided in a digital format & available for download from your TREE account 48 hours prior to the class. Students are welcome to print course materials or save a TREE and use a PDF annotator program to write on digital material. Quick Links: PDF Annotator for Windows or PDF Expert for Mac
For Individuals: Now, Individual REALTORS can sign up for TREECAST classes and attend from their own location. They will be responsible to make sure that their camera and sound work normally without issue. Although we encourage a wired connection, a wireless connection can be used as long as the signal is high enough not to cause pixilation of the feed.
For Groups & Teams: Group and Team Leaders can host TREECAST classes to offer classes from their team location. The Team Leader will be responsible for technical issues and making sure that paperwork is returned to the instructor. Then, you’re good to go!
For Brokerages: Brokerages can host TREECAST classes to offer classes from their brokerage’s approved location. The designated Supervisor or Broker will be responsible for technical issues and making sure that paperwork is returned to the instructor. Then, you’re good to go!

Texas Real Estate Education and our instructors work hard to provide broadcast class environments where real state professionals can learn how to better perform in the real estate industry, better represent their clients, and learn material that actually benefits their business and clients. Nobody likes the feeling of “CE Jail” (you know those classes that feel like a waste of time just to get the credit). We recognize that continuing education is not one's favorite way to spend their time. However, we do our best to engage all of the students in each class to participate and hopefully learn something new thing in each class.
