This course will show students how to raise their competency in preparing Comparative Market Analysis by discussing the basic knowledge necessary to complete an accurate CMA, discuss relevant TREC requirements for CMAs and choosing comparables.
Students will learn how to use REALTORS PROPERTY RESOURCE to refine the value, account for deferred maintenance, and make cost based adjustments to more accurately price properties. Students will enhance their abilities and skills in creating more accurate price opinions, learn the best use of technology and reducing risk.
This class will also explain how to use RPR’s refining value tool, account for deferred maintenance, and make manual adjustments whereby allowing real estate professional to better assist their clients when either buying or selling.
