The One to Four Contract course is where real estate licensees will obtain an in-depth analysis of each section of the Texas One to Four Residential Resale contract. This course teaches the potential outs for buyers and sellers and licensees will gain significant knowledge of the promulgated contract to help them succeed in representing their client. New and experienced agents alike will gain a deeper understanding of the contract to effectively represent and reduce liability.
