In House Brokerage – Agent Training Program

In House Agent Training Program Starting Soon Geared for Individual Residential Brokerages

TREC Rule 535.2(i)1: Each sponsored sales agent is advised of the scope of the sales agent’s authorized activities subject to the Act and is competent to conduct such activities.

Robbie English, Instructor, will be hosting training classes perfect for new recruits and existing agents in your brokerage.  Your brokerage will be able to host educational training programs from within your brokerage without all the hassles and furthering the agent benefits of your brokerage.

These programs will be offered via a broadcast classroom environment and will be limited in the number of brokerages and/or students per session.  This limitation is designed to further each student’s ability to ask questions and participate in the class.

A schedule of classes will be initially offered and additions will be made to include additional course offerings.  Course offerings will run on a continuous cycle whereby allowing brokerages to mandate training for new recruits.

This new agent training program will start with offering the following courses and will continuously offer these courses to enable brokerages to further ensure they are meeting TREC Rule 535.2(i)1 and offer continuing education credit for the courses.

Agents will individually register and pay for classes from a link provided to participating brokerages offering the classes thus slim lining brokerage time requirements.

Each student must be visible to the instructor during the entire length of the class and a monitor from the brokerage will have to sign in and sign out each participant as well as tendering required documentation to the instructor at the conclusion of the class.

  • The Buyers Rep Agreement
  • The Forms You Need to Know

 

Brokerage Requirements to Get Started

  • Sign a class agreement
  • Brokerage Monitor Identified
  • Monitor Agrees to Monitor Rules
  • Complete Equipments Test (Robbie will work with you to complete the test)
    • Computer with a hardwired internet connection;
    • Camera that captures all participants at that location;
    • Microphone;
    • Speakers

Exclusive brokerage programs are available for brokerages meeting certain requirements.

Texas Real Estate Education and our instructors work hard to provide broadcast class environments where real state professionals can learn how to better perform in the real estate industry, better represent their clients, and learn material that actually benefits their business and clients.  Nobody likes the feeling of “CE Jail” (you know those classes that feel like a waste of time just to get the credit). We recognize that continuing education is not one's favorite way to spend their time.  However, we do our best to engage all of the students in each class to participate and hopefully learn something new thing in each class.
