CE Instructions – For Individual TREECAST Students
- Per TREC, students are required to show photo ID at class signup and when signing in for each subsequent day of class. Participants who want CE credit must sign in before class and after lunch, if applicable. It is also encouraged students to have their license number accessible to ensure accuracy when signing out. Since you will be taking a TREECAST class on your own, you will either have to submit a color copy of your driver’s license via the form below or text it to your instructor at least 24 hours before the class is set to start.
- To receive credit, you will receive a link during class to fill out your course continuing education credit to be filed with TREC.
- All students must be present during the entire course to receive CE credit. At the discretion of the Instructor, CE credit may be voided due to late arrival after the official start of class or when returning from lunch or breaks. No partial CE credit will be given.
- All students must agree to participate and pay attention in class. The Instructor reserves the right to terminate your feed and void any students’ CE credit if the student is not paying attention in the class.
- For TREECAST classes all students must be visibly seen on camera. The use of electronic devices is limited to course-related activities.
- TREECAST courses with exams will not be available for Individual TREECAST students as a Monitor would be required.
- Students agree to complete TREECAST class evaluation form and comment form. A link to this will be given at the end of the class. If there is more than one evaluation form, we ask that all students complete all evaluation forms.
If you have any questions contact the TREECAST Instructor directly. We appreciate your time and commitment to ensure the integrity of the CE process.

Texas Real Estate Education and our instructors work hard to provide broadcast class environments where real state professionals can learn how to better perform in the real estate industry, better represent their clients, and learn material that actually benefits their business and clients. Nobody likes the feeling of “CE Jail” (you know those classes that feel like a waste of time just to get the credit). We recognize that continuing education is not one's favorite way to spend their time. However, we do our best to engage all of the students in each class to participate and hopefully learn something new thing in each class.
