LOTS to take in about creating a CMA and helping price homes correctly. My knowledge has definitely increased! I might even need to take this class again just so I can put some real world perspective between now and then to help gauge my understanding of the material. Robbie English is great! He is a true professional with an encyclopedic knowledge of real estate. I look forward to taking a class with him again in the future. Nobody likes the feeling of “CE Jail” (you know those classes that feel like a waste of time just to get the credit). We recognize that continuing education is not one's favorite way to spend their time. However, we do our best to engage all of the students in each class to participate and hopefully learn something new thing in each class.
