The content is very important, in-depth, and critical to a successful transaction and client relationships. The scope is effective to preventative agent transaction implementation.  Robbie does a wonderful job of course delivery to ensure the content is understood. He does it in a manner that makes the course interesting and enjoyable. He uses humor that is in good taste and relatable to the subject matter which often helps in visualizing the learning Point.
