Refunds will be given to students who cancel up to 72 hours before all courses provided the course material(s) have NOT been downloaded. All refunds are subject to a $10 refund fee to cover the increased fees charged by credit card servicer and PayPal. If the course material has been downloaded, no refund will be available. The material will remain in your account and available for download until after the course event. Tuition fees are non-transferrable. The class will start on time. Latecomers will forfeit their seat and TREC credit attached to the class. We reserve the right to cancel any class which does not make a minimum attendance level.

Texas Real Estate Education and our instructors work hard to provide broadcast class environments where real state professionals can learn how to better perform in the real estate industry, better represent their clients, and learn material that actually benefits their business and clients. Nobody likes the feeling of “CE Jail” (you know those classes that feel like a waste of time just to get the credit). We recognize that continuing education is not one's favorite way to spend their time. However, we do our best to engage all of the students in each class to participate and hopefully learn something new thing in each class.
