In this course, real estate licensees will obtain an in-depth analysis of each section of the Texas one-to-four residential contract.  Licensees will gain significant knowledge of the promulgated contract to help them succeed in representing their client. This course teaches the potential outs for buyers and sellers.  New and experienced agents alike will gain a deeper understanding of the contract to effectively represent and reduce liability.
