This course has been updated with the new changes to contract addenda.  In this course, real estate licensees will obtain a deeper knowledge and understanding of the most used and most misunderstood real estate addendums in Texas today.  In this course, we discuss forms like the Addendum, Non-Realty Items Addendum, Third Party Financing, and HOA Addendum as well as other pertinent addenda used in a Texas residential real estate transaction.
