Lots of details given for the protection of the clients as well as the Realtor. Discussion of some important areas that will be needed more in the future as sales change. Mr. English pointed out words that we as Realtors need to use in explaining to clients how some of the forms are necessary. Mr. English was extremely professional considering he was dealing with participants who were visibly distracted and admitted being anxious about the Coronavirus pandemic. “The Buyers Rep Agreement class was a fast paced, but interactive class, with time for agent questions. Highly recommended if you want to learn more about this form and how to present it to buyer clients. Fun and fast paced, I would look forward to more classes from Robbie English!”

I loved taking this class! I’m so glad I didn’t have to sit in traffic or in a cold classroom. Classes taught via ZOOM (or other live broadcast streams) us the way to go! Also, Robbie English is a wealth of knowledge. He is also entertainingly funny!
Texas Real Estate Education and our instructors work hard to provide broadcast class environments where real state professionals can learn how to better perform in the real estate industry, better represent their clients, and learn material that actually benefits their business and clients. Nobody likes the feeling of “CE Jail” (you know those classes that feel like a waste of time just to get the credit). We recognize that continuing education is not one's favorite way to spend their time. However, we do our best to engage all of the students in each class to participate and hopefully learn something new thing in each class.
