Course description: To calculate accurate price comparisons requires training and practice. This course will provide the basic knowledge to complete a Comparative Market Analysis (CMA). The course will offer training in choosing comparable, applying adjustments and determining a value for a property. It will cover what determines an appropriate comparable between properties, how to make adjustments and where to get information on adjustments. The course will provide information that can be used in property evaluation scenarios and to better assist clients whether buying or selling.
In this class we will use REALTORS PROPERTY RESOURCE (RPR) to assist us with charting and completing a CMA using cost-based adjustments.
