Robbie is an excellent instructor. He is extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of Real Estate. He gives scenarios, examples, and constantly asks for questions and checks everyone has understood the subject point before moving on. I would highly recommend “Residential Deep Dive” for new and not-so-new agents who want to improve their knowledge of the Residential 1-4 Contract, frequently used Addendums, and several additional forms and notices that may be new to you, but are very helpful.

This is an excellent contracts class. Robbie English goes over the specific paragraphs of the 1-4 Residential contract very thoroughly. I have taken and taught other contracts classes and this one was the best. Robbie has a complete knowledge of the intricacies of the 1-4 Residential Contract AND he can communicate that information so that the students can understand that information. I will definitely take his classes again. In fact I referred another Broker his contract information recently to get her CE hours completed. – Felicia Peters, Broker

Excellent coverage and explanation of the 1-4 Family Residential Contract and many of the addenda that are used in practice. Highly recommend this course to all agents regardless of their years in the business. Excellent forum with instructor encouraging participation. Terrific in-depth presentation. Texas Real Estate Education and our instructors work hard to provide broadcast class environments where real state professionals can learn how to better perform in the real estate industry, better represent their clients, and learn material that actually benefits their business and clients. Nobody likes the feeling of “CE Jail” (you know those classes that feel like a waste of time just to get the credit). We recognize that continuing education is not one's favorite way to spend their time. However, we do our best to engage all of the students in each class to participate and hopefully learn something new thing in each class.
