This course will provide licensees with a detailed understanding of the Buyers Representation Agreement and other TREC and association forms which should be used at a buyer’s initial consultation. Students will learn how making the initial buyer’s meeting an experience while utilizing their arsenal of forms from the beginning. Agents will not only lessen their exposure to risk but heighten a client’s understanding of the purchase process and start the buying experience with the necessary disclosures many agents may not be utilizing correctly.
