Ginger Unger has more than 30 years of commercial brokerage, leasing and consulting experience and represents buyers, tenants, landlords and sellers in the retail, industrial, office, land transactions and acquisition and disposition of investment properties. Ginger consults for many of her real estate clients on a contiguous basis. Ginger began her career selling properties for a small development firm in Houston then San Antonio and surrounding areas. She became licensed to be able to represent clients all thru the state of Texas.
Her development and construction background has given her a clear understanding of commercial real estate from both the client prospective as well as the Seller/Landlord’s prospective.
Ginger holds the CCIM designation along with GRI, ABR, SRES and is a Gold Standard Instructor – REEA. She has completed all the requirements for the TRETA designation.
Ginger is a commercial/residential broker located in the Hill Country of Texas. She has been instructing for over two years and has great evaluations and reviews.

Texas Real Estate Education and our instructors work hard to provide broadcast class environments where real state professionals can learn how to better perform in the real estate industry, better represent their clients, and learn material that actually benefits their business and clients. Nobody likes the feeling of “CE Jail” (you know those classes that feel like a waste of time just to get the credit). We recognize that continuing education is not one's favorite way to spend their time. However, we do our best to engage all of the students in each class to participate and hopefully learn something new thing in each class.
